Why sync your calendar?

Automated meetings and payments for consultations are a core function of SimpleClient. Being able to send a link to a client or prospect to book and pay for a meeting with you helps you generate income quickly and provides a great experience for those interested in working with you.


Which calendars work with SimpleClient?

All major calendars work with SimpleClient to provide you with maximum flexibility in working with your preferred calendar solutions.

Steps to Sync Your Calendar

There are two ways to sync your calendar. When you first create your account you will be prompted to login into your calendar to begin the syncing process.

SimpleClient works with all major calendar

You simply click on the calendar you use and you will be redirected to a login page for your service where you can enter your credentials. In this example we will use Google Calendar.


You agree to the terms of service, then click "Link [calendar name] Account.

From there, you will need to click "Allow" so that SimpleClient (Cronofy) can automatically add bookings from SimpleClient to your calendar.

Your clients or prospects will never be able to view details about calendar. They will only see free/busy times like that below:



Syncing Your Calendar From The Settings Page

There may be occasion where you either want to disconnect your calendar, or add an additional calendar such as for an associate or other member of your firm.


You can add and sync additional calendar from the settings page in the SimpleClient app.


From your dashboard, you can navigate to the settings page, then click on "Scheduler":

You simply click on the calendar you use and you will be redirected to a login page for your service where you can enter your credentials. In this example we will use Google Calendar.

You agree to the terms of service, then click "Link [calendar name] Account.

From there, you will need to click "Allow" so that SimpleClient (Cronofy) can automatically add bookings from SimpleClient to your calendar.

Your clients or prospects will never be able to view details about calendar. They will only see free/busy times. You are now all set.
